Community Resources

Interested in learning about different resources? Wanting to access a specific service?

Based on your interests, needs, and preferred location, our Support and Advocacy Team can explore and discuss various community resources with you. If you would like our support connecting with a certain resource, we can help facilitate the referral or determine what steps you can take to access the resource on your own.

In the boxes below, you will find resources that are arranged according to whether they are available on-campus, off-campus, or online. They are further organized into subcategories depending on the type of resource it is. These are not intended to be an exhaustive list of resources but rather, a starting point for you to look through.

For more information, please click on the resource that you are interested in. Feel free to connect with a Support Worker if you would like to discuss your options and next steps.
